Fridays: 3PM – 7PM, Saturdays & Sundays: 2PM – 7PM
Final exam to follow after in-person training
Week 1: May 2, 3, 4
Week 2: May 9, 10, 11
Week 3: May 16, 17, 18
Week 4: May 23, 24, 25
Teacher Training Includes

65 hours of in-person training

10 Self Practice Hours (free classes)

Meet Shona
An independent mother of six and a lifelong student of the body, mind, and soul.
Shona has been a leader in the health and wellness industry for over 22 years. Certified in Vinyasa, Sama , and Aerial (Flying) Yoga, as well as classical Pilates mat, reformer, and full apparatus, she brings a deeply embodied understanding to every class, training, and retreat she offers.
Her journey has taken her across the globe—from the healing lands of Bali and homelands of Sweden to the vibrant cultures of the Dominican Republic, Canada, and Aruba—where she has studied, taught, and held space for transformation. A certified life coach and practitioner of holistic massage and sound healing, she weaves wisdom and compassion into every experience she creates.
Whether she’s leading teacher trainings, offering continuing education for yoga and Pilates instructors, or guiding soulful retreats, Shona is known for her intuitive approach, her loving presence, and her commitment to empowering others through movement, mindfulness, and community.
