Level: Moderate
A comprehensive reformer flow that strengthens and conditions your entire body.
This well-rounded class engages every muscle group through integrated exercises building strength, flexibility and control.
Expect a full-body challenge tailored to your level, whether refining the basics or pushing your limits.

Power Play
Level: Advanced/ High Intensity
Formerly known as Athletic Play Fusion.
A challenging Athletic contemporary flow.
Full-body conditioning for strength, stamina, and endurance — for those who want to push their limits and raise your heart rate, no breaks. Advanced progressions that will test your physical and mental boundaries.
*Recommended to take 6-8 Play With Fire classes, before advancing to Power Play.

Experience a tailored Pilates Reformer session designed specifically for you. In this 1:1 class, you'll receive individualized attention to address your unique needs and goals.
