As the sun begins to set over Lake Ontario, join us for an evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and simply be.
We'll begin with a gentle 30-minute beach yoga flow led by our very own Meagan Santa, followed by an immersive sound bath as the sky transforms into golden hour.
This experience is open to everyone—whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice.
